Accelerating Innovation in the Workplace

Improve Problem Solving and Creativity

The word training fails to define my approach to professional development.

Training implies implementing a specific method, series of steps, and a way of doing. The pitfall to this approach is that it seems to exclude other approaches, other options, other aspects. From this restrictive perspective comes rigidity and an inflexibility which discourages the imagination and creativity needed for innovation.

For this reason, each training session is customized to the needs of the client in a climate that encourages critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and imagination. Scenarios for role plays come from actual workplace situations. Improvisation and theatre games break the traditional training mindset. Freeing participants from their routine roles helps release ideas in a low risk setting.

Training turns from becoming a mandatory exercise to an engaging experience where all voices can be heard.
